I never liked getting my teeth pulled either! :-)
I cannot believe it's still hanging on!!!
My son would not let us touch the first loose tooth and then his grandma just grabbed it and yanked it right out. He has since lost another that he pulled out because he discovered it wasn't that bad.
Let him eat an apple.. the tooth gets stuck in in as he bits and boom it's out..

Although it looks like a tooth is missing, really it's just the space that his mouth has created for the big tooth.
